Five common maintenance and installation steps for V-type ball valves:

Special tools should be used to remove the seat.

3, maintenance of main parts - valve core throttling surface and valve core and seat sealing surface such as small rust and wear. It can also be repaired by general machining and grinding methods. If the damage is serious, a new part must be replaced. Repair to ensure good valve core and seat coaxiality.

Damaged stem seal surface must be replaced with new parts.

Damage to the guide and sealing surface of the push rod. The reaction actuator must be replaced with a new part. Appropriate repairs may be made to the positive actuators.

Compression spring in maintenance, such as found cracks and other defects affecting the strength. You have to replace it with a new one.

4, the replacement of vulnerable parts -- the V-type ball valve vulnerable mainly: packing, O-ring seal, gasket, diaphragm and other parts.

The disassembled packing, O-ring and gasket must be replaced with a new one during each overhaul. After the diaphragm is removed, it is necessary to check whether there are any cracks, signs of aging and wear that may indicate rupture, and then decide whether to replace them according to the specific situation. Generally, it must be replaced in 2 ~ 3 years at most.

5. Assembly and commissioning -- During assembly, appropriate grease should be applied to the positioning part, guiding part and threaded connection part to facilitate the next inspection and disassembly. Special attention should also be paid to the coaxiality of the push rod, spool components and seat in the whole machine.

After completion of assembly and commissioning, the products must pass the factory test items specified in the standard before continuing installation and use.
